THE "PSALM OF THE CROSS"!

Psalm 22 is called "The Psalm Of The Cross". Though it was written about 1,000 years before Jesus birth, death on the cross, and ressurection, it predicts to the SMALLEST of details what happened on the cross, and is referred to by New Testament writers (Matthew 27:35-36,46; Luke 23:35; John 19:23-28). It even talks about Jesus being pierced in his hands and feet in verse 16! Jesus life, and death on the cross are not just Bible fairy tales, but are also reported in other historical accounts of the time that Christ lived in by noted historians. It is truly amazing to me how time and time again in the Old Testament, thousands of years before Jesus, VERY SPECIFIC details of his life are predicted before they happen.  If you want a list of some more of them, post a message and ask me - there are TONS!  Then Jesus came and fullfilled all of these Old Testament passages down to the minutia (including today's reading in Psalm 22), THEN secular, non-Christian historians of Jesus day ALSO document his life and death in detail which corroberates with the prophesies about him found in the Old Testament from thousands of years previous to his life. There is no doubt in my mind that Jesus WAS who he said he was, and ACCOMPLISHED what he said he would on the cross; the REDEMPTION of all who call on him, the FORGIVENESS of sins, and the HEALING of the physical/emotional/spiritual body!!!
